If your an average performer then also job security is high, work culture is good but not better. Company policies are good but for middle & upper level management. They

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job, but there's lot of work pressure every time and management's more focus on cost, officers cant even take leave enough to maintain their work life

Good work environment and culture teammate are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job traning is not given to new joiness

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
