My experience was not as expected, a stagnant career, no scope of growth. Appraisals are not based on performances and are not satisfactory. Work environment is not friendly as there are many rules barged on employees. Learning prospects are depending on the colleagues and teammates which is rather not much helpful. Trainings are not conducted as and when required. Overall experience was definitely not good as it's difficult to even fill one criteria about what did we like about the company....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
