The peer group is friendly. One gets to talk to almost everyone

Working in the practices, it is very hierarchical. The practice director from the planning practice is rutheless in meeting his targets and as a consequence you fall in between and your aspirations are culled. There is little opportunity to switch out of the Global Practices as well. It's not good for new joiners or young people trying to make their mark
