Worst company to work with.... Do not join even if you do not have any other offer.

Dislikes

This is worst of the worst company to work with. They do not have new customers/projects, they are just dragging out the old projects with outdated technologies. NO NEW CUSTOMERS .... NO NEW PROJECTS..... ALL Existing CUSTOMERS are going away from them. NO NEW LEARNING. THEY WILL DOWNGRADE your SKILLs DO NOT JOIN at Any CTC. HRs and Leaders and the RMO are working without any linkage between them ZERO coordination between management, HR and leadership. they three act like GANDHI's 3 MONKEYs. All people are seating at top brass are just enjoying their salary parks no VISION no DIRECTION If you join this Org, it will be like you are riding a bus who's driver is BLIND. You will be haired at big pay (Bluff) and fired very silently wothout any prior notice. They will promise to give 3 months pay to support financially, But they actually do not do even you follow-up or call to HR team. The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training and i joined ij lockdown and no KT was given. I got a chance to wear multiple hars and thats helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
