The work culture is good and professional. The management is friendly and take regular feedbacks to understand our concerns. The leadership team will recognize our efforts, if we reach our commitments the job won't be at stake.

Work pressure. There is no social development, Company may organize team outing hardly once in a year. Targets are high but variables are not satisfactory.

I am in to sales, basically we are responsible for company's growth in terms of revenue and business development. I am handling small medium and large accounts for their IT hardware requirements and managed services with a vast range of line of business.
