You get exposure to almost all verticals and functions. There are lot of activities which help you to get them exposure. There is mandatory self and organisational goals apart from your client delivery work

Too much work load... As you have lots of work apart from client work.

It was a roller coaster ride with high pressure job and lot of learnings. But it's not for someone who are looking for work life balance.

People whom I have worked with most of them are understanding(except some managers) , they understand what your interests are what you are comfortable working with and assign work according to that.

Dislikes

Some strict managers who are too focused in their work they don't care how much time we work for them.
