No definite vision.They will hire you based on your role and then give you anything else. And when you will go back to manager saying that you are not working on your area of expertise, he will ask you to start an initiative where you will start training people on the domain you are expert in. Because they don't have any project on the skill based on which you were hired.

everything...they will hire you by telling lies and when you drop papers, they will start to torture you..

The best thing about Bridge is there is salary cuts. During the early days of crisis when few of our clients pulled off, our seniors motivated us and told us to focus more on the learning part instead of worrying about the projects. The company is open to innovation and radical thinking. It has now created good name and presence in the limited time across India in the analytics field. The work culture is good and you will always find different ways to improve your skills. The appraisal was also good this time because of the exponential growth of the company.

Dislikes

The things which i dislike about the company is there isn't many perks. The company is situated in bangalore and is a one floor setting. We cant find good cafeteria, no cab services, not many team outings and very limited work from home policy.
