Brewtech Marketing is the worst company I have ever worked with. Joining the company was a huge mistake for me. The CEO (Snigdha Srivastav) don’t hold the ability to hold such a responsible, reliable, and respectable position. She has made the environment so toxic, by pressurising employees to do a lot of work and unpaid overtime everyday. There is no work-life balance when I worked remotely. It was almost impossible for common employees to even breathe. The company doesn’t have any ethics and they don’t provide any benefits for their employees....Read More

I feel “Brewtech Marketing” is a fake company as it doesn’t have its physical office anywhere in the world. They make everyone work from home. The CEO needs to be a kind, responsible, respectful person. However, brewtech CEO Snigdha Srivastav is an exception of that and narcissistic in nature. Holding one of the responsible designation, she lacks even the basic ethics, professionalism, and responsibility as a human being. She is two-faced, manipulative, and play mental games with the company employees. I left Brewtech in August 2022 because the employees were highly tortured over their with work pressure, no work-life balance, continuous mental torture, my teammates even complained to me about the hectic work and the issues they were facing daily. I took their concerns to the CEO to bring well being to my fellow colleagues because as a manager it was my duty to solve their problems. But instead of solving the issue, the CEO asked me to just focus on my work and she threatens me that she will destroy my career if I take stand for any of the employees or speak out these things. I was not able to work in such a negative environment and finally I quit the job after working there for 2.5 months and she named it as bad performance! I worked almost 15 hrs every day, most of the employees were because the team size was less than 10 members and the only good thing was work from home option, but she turned it into a bad dream for all. This could be the only excuse she could give. Since then I kept doing freelancing and got opportunities with 2 big MNCs. However, when they performed the background check for me, she gave very negative feedback about me and my work & I lost my opportunities. Till today I haven’t discussed anything about the real picture of the company anywhere or to anyone, but Why I am writing my story today and about my work experience with brewtech, because I have seen how the person having no credibility can influence its former employees career with their negative feedback about the employees. These narcissists even lack basic Humanity. I lost my father in August and since then I am struggling to get a good job and where ever I am getting any good opportunity, this narcissistic lady is taking away all my opportunities and it not even happened to me to most of the former employees of this company are facing the same issue. Who gave right to these fake companies and false CEO to determine the future and career of any former employees? My question is to the general people who reading my story today. Does these fake company, not even with a physical offices, not even provide valid salary slips, ruin’s families, individuals, and former employees career, do they deserve to even exist as a company. How could these negative people can even empower other companies to build better? I regret my decision of joining brewtech and trusting the narcissist lady Snigdha (CEO). Today, I lost a big opportunity of my life only with a small negative feedback of her. For this job , I faced 4 rounds of interviews, 2 assignments, 3 visits to the company. All my hard work, talents were diminished just with a negative feedback or opinion of a former employer. I learned from this is that: we should choose our employer very carefully while joining. Because a drop of poison can even turn a full pot of AMRIT into poison itself. However, I alert each employee to double check the companies while joining & please don’t join these fake companies to get worst work experiences of your life. These are bad dreams, and as a positive person I look forward for positive things to happen. Employees has the right to give feedback about their former employers too and please remember that, we all are equally valuable for the right one who can see our worth....Read More
