The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Companies run on numbers. If you don’t negotiate, you leave money on the table. Have you ever been in a similar spot? How did you navigate it?

Brewtech Marketing is the worst company I have ever worked with. Joining the company was a huge mistake for me. The CEO (Snigdha Srivastav) don’t hold the ability to hold such a responsible, reliable, and respectable position. She has made the environment so toxic, by pressurising employees to do a lot of work and unpaid overtime everyday. There is no work-life balance when I worked remotely. It was almost impossible for common employees to even breathe. The company doesn’t have any ethics and they don’t provide any benefits for their employees.

...loyees? My question is to the general people who reading my story today. Does these fake company, not even with a physical offices, not even provide valid salary slips, ruin’s families, individuals, and former employees career, do they deserve to even exist as a company. How could these negative people can even empower other companies to build better? I regret my decision of joining brewtech and trusting the narcissist lady Snigdha (CEO). Today, I lost a big opportunity of my life only with a small negative feedback of her. For this job , I faced 4 rounds of interviews, 2 assignments, 3 visits to the company. All my hard work, talents were diminished just with a negative feedback or opinion of a former employer. I learned from this is that: we should choose our employer very carefully while joining. Because a drop of poison can even turn a full pot of AMRIT into poison itself. However, I alert each employee to double check the companies while joining & please don’t join these fake companies to get worst work experiences of your life. These are bad dreams, and as a positive person I look forward for positive things to happen. Employees has the right to give feedback about their former employers too and please remember that, we all are equally valuable for the right one who can see our worth.

I have been associated with BrewTech for some time now. The best part I like here is all of us are free from worldly politics :). Trust me, the difference, the appreciation are all followed on a common platform to avoid any confusion. More over, time to time we do get some professional trainings related to our subjects and the best part is client appreciates our work towards the end of the day! Its a very simple yet intellectual team (must say) and the Del head who has joined us is equally great! Snigdha loves to be called by her name and not mam (very categorically she says each time) as she maintains a lot of bonding with all of us. We started with a virtual office, and now we are happy to get into a small office setup! It doesn't matter to me at least. Virtual setup is giving me more peace at work where I am also able to help my parents in their daily work post office hours! Bless us all!
