1) No promotions, even if you are doing your best from past 4 years only favourite who are less tenure very close are getting promotions we aren’t even getting entry level promotions for applying IJP. Politics & discrimination in terms of promotion, recognitions. Manipulation of data is been easily done. Co. should do atleast dry promotions for entry level role. Employees are helpless Since survey aren’t anonymous in co. 2) If we apply IJP we might be targeted that create toxic environment and IJP requirement criteria should be little easier & private till we clear rounds. 3) Salary structure includes more special allowance it need to be revised fixed should be increased as pf contribution is less. Me being from (non voice), I worked very hard even my excess leaves were expired thinking we will get promotion🙂. Leads in India pressurise so much to work beyond the deadline. They need to add people but instead of adding they ask one employee to work equal to 5 employees. No work life balance in India. Leaves also they are not giving now. Lot of work stress but the leads never understand.
