But mind you since you will not learn anything during your stint here you may remain at the same package for quite a long time as the market doesn't thinks highly of alliance data candidates and that's my personal experience

...IJP requirement criteria should be little easier & private till we clear rounds. 3) Salary structure includes more special allowance it need to be revised fixed should be increased as pf contribution is less. Me being from (non voice), I worked very hard even my excess leaves were expired thinking we will get promotion🙂. I hope company work on above issues & encash if leaves are about to expire.

It's a good place to work but still it depends on the team ur into. Few teams are really good but few are like okok. The company is flexible and it's good to work but few are spoiling the company name and fame.
