Worst company to join. They are still very new in the Bangalore market and their hiring standards especially for managers and above are very poor. Managers and above who have been rejected elsewhere find their way at alliance data/bread financial. This company has seen 4 ceos in less than 3 years. You can check layoff.com/alliance data for more details. Only if you want to increase your package at the cost of zero learning you are most welcome here. But mind you since you will not learn anything during your stint here you may remain at the same package for quite a long time as the market doesn't thinks highly of alliance data candidates and that's my personal experience...Read More

Leads in India pressurise so much to work beyond the deadline. They need to add people but instead of adding they ask one employee to work equal to 5 employees. No work life balance in India. Leaves also they are not giving now. Lot of work stress but the leads never understand.
