Worst company to join. They are still very new in the Bangalore market and their hiring standards especially for managers and above are very poor. Managers and above who have been rejected elsewhere find their way at alliance data/bread financial. This company has seen 4 ceos in less than 3 years. You can check layoff.com/alliance data for more details. Only if you want to increase your package at the cost of zero learning you are most welcome here.
