i joined them in the month of september, i worked there for a month but due to containment zone in my society i was unable to go office for few days( informed this to company HR as well). They called me to tell me you are fired and we are in lose. According to BRDS Joining Formalities i was in a training period and for that you will only get 50% of your salary in 1st 3 months and then from 4th month you will start getting the 10% of your last 3 months and your current month salary. No one can deal with corona and the containment. These are the laws by govt. Hr will stop taking for calls so i will suggest do not join this organisation if you are not financially backedup....Read More

They are not at all supporting in this critical condition. I am almost felt like jobless person because since the march ending they didn't even give me a penny. So i think my worst experience from my company. I was helpless at the moment .

Dislikes

Whom did not have a good understanding for their own employee where we really need to get this help, I am not telling them to do my full sallary but at least they can do compensation like only 30 or 40%. So I am really ashamed of myself for working with this company. Sorry but true/fact/ reality...

Respected sir , I like to work with brds solapur. Since seven years of my workings experience with company. My point of view working situation not handle (HR )department beter .
