At prds they think that the employee is like a slave they do deduct salary if you come 1 minute late also they provide only 8 holidays and these holidays are the gazetted holidays for example including Holi Diwali they will not provide any paid leave to the employee also for teachers it is not allowed to share numbers overall the company culture is very toxic and the higher management is very ecosy day think that the employee is like a slave I am the behaviour is very rude also retention amount they will deduct 10% of the salary without any logic so I would suggest any new joining think deeply before joining this company....Read More

Toxic office culture. Not giving paid leaves as compare to other similar companies. Very illogical rules made by the higher management. Exploitation of the fundamental rights of employee.

i joined them in the month of september, i worked there for a month but due to containment zone in my society i was unable to go office for few days( informed this to company HR as well). They called me to tell me you are fired and we are in lose. According to BRDS Joining Formalities i was in a training period and for that you will only get 50% of your salary in 1st 3 months and then from 4th month you will start getting the 10% of your last 3 months and your current month salary. No one can deal with corona and the containment. These are the laws by govt. Hr will stop taking for calls so i will suggest do not join this organisation if you are not financially backedup....Read More

There is a worst place to work. There is not any security in terms of the job as well as our self. Management is not capable to handle problem of staff. They only focus on there benifits. Bias management. If u want to do the job here u have to get talent in chatukarita.
