Only Flexible working hours.

No Knowledge Transfer Session. Management never supports. There is no team working on a single project. A single employee takes care of the deployment, and testing part. Which at times becomes terrible for a new joinee even. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
