There nothing that I actually liked about working there. If i would say the timing were good.

I would say I dislike mostly everything about working there. The management is haywire. My manager itself never heard whatever I said, was rude and disrespectful. He had a threatening nature. I don't know how he got there.

There is nothing anyone would like about working at this organisation. They just kill your peace of mind, and make your life worse.

This organization is the epitome of everything wrong with corporate culture. Here's why: 1. No Job Security: Employees are treated as disposable. They’ll fire people at the drop of a hat, even those dealing with personal hardships or those who have just joined. 2. Toxic Environment: The workplace reeks of negativity. Constant threats from managers make it impossible to focus on work. 3. Nepotism Over Merit: Hard work is completely ignored. Promotions, appraisals, and benefits are reserved for people in the management’s inner circle, regardless of their competence or contributions. 4. Unrealistic Project Deadlines: They set impossible deadlines for projects. For tasks that realistically require 2,000 hours to complete, employees are given only 500 hours, forcing them to compromise on quality and overwork themselves. 5. Penny-Pinching at Employees’ Expense: Instead of supporting employees, they cut corners on even the most basic needs, prioritizing their profits over their people. 6. Managerial Arrogance and Distrust: The managers behave like self-appointed owners, spending their time goofing off in the office while expecting perfection from employees. Some even make unprofessional remarks like, “I doubt you’re working,” and use it as a veiled threat. If they don’t trust employees, why hire them in the first place? 7. School-Like Atmosphere: This isn’t a software development company; it’s a glorified institution where the management acts like authoritarian teachers micromanaging every aspect of your work. 8. High Costs and Lack of Work: Their inflated pricing makes it difficult for them to secure projects, leading to periods of inactivity. Instead of fixing their strategy, they resort to laying off employees. 9. Deceptive Growth Strategy: They started hiring aggressively, leading employees to believe the company was growing. In reality, this was a stunt to impress potential buyers. Once the company was sold, they shamelessly began mass layoffs, including people who hadn’t even started working yet. 10. Insensitive Layoffs: They fired employees with little to no notice, completely disregarding their years of dedication or personal circumstances. Employees were treated as mere numbers on a spreadsheet. 11. Silent Firing Continues: Even now, they continue to terminate employees quietly, without any transparency or accountability. They deduct your salary they will ask you to resign or else they will threaten you by saying that they will do termination if you don’t resign and it will impact your career also you will not get salary. I don't like anything of this company. If Brainvire is not selecting you then it's good luck of you from god. so don't ever try to apply here.

The worst HR department of the world , not responsive and not caring people in Brainvire. Employee are not safe here as boys are also not. safe here. Manager has no any manner how to talk with any employee and how can handle the things and manages things are not know well. Culture is worst than ever i see in other companies.

It's a good company for freshers to start a career.

Dislikes

Work life balance and appraisal depends on the department you work. They have their own portal for performance reviews so if you don't get the desired performance rating or you get like you need to improve this or you don't get the desired appraisal then start looking for better opportunities they will fire you any time. And don't apply in open-source PHP department.
