BPSM IS A PART OF BIHAR STATE GOVERMENT WHICH ACTS AND PLAY A ROLE OF SOCIAL SERVICE SCHEMES OD GOVT. AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT .

THERE IS NO SECURITY AND PROMOTION IN THIS DEPARTMENT BECAUSE OF CONTRACTUAL JOB AND WORK NATURE IS VERY UNSATISFACTORY. STATE GOVT. PROVIDES VERY LOW SALARY AND NOT IN REGULAR INTERVAL.

MY WORK IS IN RTPS (RIGHT TO PUBLIC SERVICE) OFFICE ON THE POST EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, WE RECEIVE FORMS OF VARIOUS SERVICE SCHEMES OF BIHAR GOVT. RELATED TO R.T.PS. SERVICE FROM APPLICANTS .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
