I'm working with this company for 1year, Work culture is good, and got a recent good hike, good benefits, started learning new technologies from bpmlinks free learning portal ... As an employee, earlier I worked one big level 5 organization got a 5% hike and laid off due to corona, here I didn't see any situations. can be recommended to friends and colleagues.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. BPM Links has one of the worst working environment, even people who perform don't get the recognition nor are their jobs secure. The Higher Management consists of people who are racially divided and mostly inclination is towards resources from Chennai. The hiring and firing policy is at its peak and it just keeps continuing.
