The initial days were good, the team seemed like it was supportive and worked in harmony

Please take note of the following details: - Around 7 months ago, a "Senior Technical Manager" was hired. Since then, the team's performance has deteriorated. His arrogance is unprecedented, as he refuses to acknowledge his mistakes and takes credit for others' work. He also micromanages and fails to give fair credit to the team. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, there has been no improvement, and the HR team seems unaware or unresponsive. As a result, my colleagues and I are considering finding new jobs due to this specific issue. - Despite the company's strong performance, our salary increments barely meet labor laws, even though we work 10-hour days. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of action on these matters. - I can only speak to my personal experience within my team. All in 1. Works like a MNC companies. It's a Service base company. Able to work in multiple projects. They understand the employee's problem of they're facing anything.

There's Harding anything to dislike. This is the company where I feel like nothing going wrong.

It just I've to complete my work and do attend client calls, there's no shift timing which is best for any employee. Just complete your working hours and show the out out.
