This is joke of this 21st century about what I like about Bourntec solutions. This is fraud and fake company. Very toxic culture. No don't pay salaries to the employees. The management is totally morons here. They don't know what financial scam is going in their company.

1. Already few cases are registered labour department by few Ex employees for not paying salaries and terminating abruptly. 2. No work life balance. 3. The failed management. The failed to take a control of the operation from one of the Director who is doing lot of financial scams and everybody knows this but no one can do anything.4. Lay off is very common 5. They don't give experience letter and don't pay salaries after you serve notice period. 6. They IT department already filed a case against Bourntec, since they evade lot of tax during 2022 and 2023 by hiring lot of contractor and allowing them to do moonlighting....Read More
