Nothing. The. Office looks like a shit show. No clean cabins. No space to work. Have to sit on sofa and work. Hire more clowns and run a circus .

6 day working. Very less pay. Top management is literal shit. I made a mistake joining this company. Salary is transferred on 10th of every month or later. No one stays here. Everyone keeps quitting hence they always have new opening. Don't join this company if you have self respect.

Working at BIA has helped me gained in-field experience and the company has always given me the opportunity to apply my skills. The management has been encouraging and supportive of new ideas. Overall, It's a nice place to work at.
