The best thing about bosch is awesome job security, also the very professional work culture, good benefits. One can get prompt support for any tech or non tech issues.

Compensation could have been better when compared to the years of experience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
