The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.

They train for some topic. Assign you to a team where you have to work on a completely different topic. Then they expect you to be master at it even after knowing you haven't been trained for it. They keep changing teams, hence no scope of improvement in a single topic and then they blame you for not working as per expectation. Lazy Easy work culture. If you are good to boss, he will ensure you get timely promotion and abroad assignments. Morning till evening only Meetings nd Presentation.

Work culture is good. Training sessions are informative and useful for growth. Employee policies are good.

Dislikes

Increment, Appraisal is worst. 2-3% max increment. Too much process for simple task. Currently due to over hiring, most of people are in bench in Bangalore location. Germany Bosch fired 7000+ people. And rumours are they will going to do same in Bangalore location (No projects at all)*
