Nothing, if you want to work in noida office under it's merger now bike team. But you can prefer Mumbai head office, not noida.

They don't deserve even a single star.The work culture is the worst, specially if you're looking to join noida office. I literally have no words, they are highly politicized, first they would lure you with huge pay and later they won't even let you clear your probation period,you would be fired even before completing probation period. Their merger now bike, had made the workplace toxic, they won't let you grow. You would be fired, without any reason,no matter how well you perform and how long you serve because they want to replace you with their relatives. It is a highly unstable organization. I would never ever suggest this organization even to my worst enemies. If you want to play with career, just for the greed of few extra thousands, you're most welcome....Read More
