On time salary and good location.

1. Brand team licks the faces of clients and tries to impress them at the cost of the internal team's peace of mind. 2. Won't get a chance to work on projects you want, instead will stick you with monotonous work. 3. Recognition goes to only a couple of people who are the management's "pets". 4. You are on your own. Everyone is keptbusy and stressed that results in zero employee bonding. 5. Some office rules are not applicable to the "pets". 6. Work culture, Poor Management, no employee benefits like PF, insurance, bonuses etc . Poor policies, no proper HR/admin department that can work on some employee fun activities and motivation. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
