Unfortunately, my experience with the company has been disappointing due to several key issues. There have been consistent delays in my salary payments, a lack of professionalism in management, and poor coordination across teams. The company's leadership, especially the CEO, seems to have limited business understanding, resulting inpoor decision-making. Furthermore, there has been an increased workload without corresponding compensation. Unofficial terminations and forced resignations have also been a concerning practice recently. Like???? This word is not for this company. If you're a fresher you will get a lots for experience and pressure obviously. Choice is yours.

Company is running because of 1-2 project . Do not join this company as a fresher. You will not get any documents. No joining letter or offer letter. You have to sign 2 yr bond. Even if they have bond you will get fired without any notice. You will not get your FNF even after 1 year. HR won't pickup your call and no reply to your mail. Even if you're looking for HR Position do not join this company. Even if you join as HR, you will leave this company in 2 -3 days. Better look for another company. Policies are fake. It differ from person to person. They have hike system after evey 6 months. But they will give you hike after 8-9 month because of funds issue. They do not have backup for anything. No activity in company. Management level threaten you with word "Chitti udana" means Fired. They pressurized you with because of their own fault. You have to work on Saturday and Sunday also. This company is really bad nobody should join this company. Freshers are not provided with any documents. Salaries are not paid on time PF's are not paid increments are paid on time. Employees are not treated with respect . And management doesn't know what is happening on lower levels
