The good thing is that, there are a few others like us whom we can talk to eachother on why this company is treating so bad at us.
Dislikes
Everything in this company is a dislike. First of all is the CEO. He's scumb*g and an assh*le, who never shows respect or a kind gesture to his employees. He sees everyone as a sal*ves. No pay raise, strict deadlines, need to complete a whole f*cking game in a week, basically we need to forget about work life balance. And much more...

I wouldn't have bothered myself to write this review, at least someone who's reading this, please consider my review.
Good things:
- 5 days a week
- salary before 6-7th of the month
Dislikes
There's a lot here to write
- No senior/lead to help/guide you, so you won't grow in terms of skills, whatever you do/develop, you figure out yourself. At-least in terms of developers, there's no-one in lead, however there's are plenty of developers, and they keep actively hiring them, but they can't hire a lead/senior.
- Nobody cares how you're going to figure out a particular stuff(in terms of developers), unless its working, its good to go, no-one to look into your codes/approach (which never gives you confidence and satisfaction over your work)
- No strict deadlines to complete a project (obviously because no one to plan out, at least for developers), but the deadline is next day when they ask you to get the build tomorrow or by EOD.
- Testers are annoying (oh sorry there are no testers), all designers, everyone in the group, along with you are testers. They will bother you for very small and non-sense changes.
-I remember there was a sheet which had max 3-4 days of public leaves, for upcoming 6 months. So yeah, you'll have to cover your leaves by working on Saturdays, or sundays if you're planning to take leave, or else deal with your salary.
- During the time of build (developers, your life is hell), which is somehow obvious due to pressure, but a lot to see here.
- Here comes the most annoying part for developers , THE ADS VIDEO. You're going to make as much as video ads, as your entire game. Sometimes a brand new feature just for ads, new setup, new environment, assets, looks, UIs, JUST TO RECORD ADS video. I spent almost equal amount of time to record ads videos as I spent for developing games.
- The last part, never ever mess with the CEO, you'll live everyday 9 hours of hell afterwards. Believe me you'll never miss (or want to miss), writing "yes sir", whenever you are writing messages to him or mentioning him. He'll poke you for small mistakes you'll make, sometimes tease you, try to rag you for your skills. And most importantly, his VOICE MESSAGES, Ever after you start receiving his voice messages, you'll start to fear from it (believe me). And next thing, you'll receive warning from him indirectly, (maybe through designer, another teammate, HR).
Last thing, you'll see a lot of co-workers working there (artists, designers, HRs,Editors), but just ask them if they like him a percent, as a boss or someone above them. he controls everybody, even the HR, never mentions his name while hiring you, he'll always mention "sir", which later your find who he was talking about.
Your teammates will cheer you up, because they know what you might be going through. And you'll stay in touch even after you left the company, that a + point (which comes as a product of a bad company).
Thats all, if you're still reading the review, good luck....Read More
