I worked for 2 years in Bonami. The company expanded its technical team in most of the demanding technologies and now has PMs, and TLs to handle the projects and they are also trying to build the app development team. I found Bonami very useful when it comes to learning new skills and technologies.

Dislikes

We had to adopt new technologies and languages because of the limited number of projects. But now new members are not having this issue and they are sticking to a single programing language only.

Bonami Software is an excellent company if you want to get exposure and learn a lot in short amount of time.This exposure is at the expense of your hardwork and there could be times(ocassionally) when your limits are tested.This is a good thing if you are a fresher. The development team environment is excellent.

Dislikes

They have service agreement that bounds you to the company.You might learn more than any other company but this can be seen as a con. Management is fine 65 percent of times.So obviously there would be instances when you wouldn't like their decision as those decisions are not employ centric. There are frequent change in policies of bonami software and that can be a issue sometimes.
