Nothing, this is the most toxic company I have ever worked for where everyone is living with the fear of layoffs. Nobody works for long term growth but to save the day and celebrate at the end of week that they still have the job. (Only thing slightly good is they offer good paychecks)

So many things has changed. Too much of cost cutting. Sodaxo card benifit has been discontinued, CCD machines has been removed, laying off the employees.
