company's mission and vision statement is good but the management really sucks.

Dislikes

they hire people mostly to fire them after their probation as part of their strategy to retain their own people but do not support the new hire. last 10% employees who are new hires become their bait. The common 20/70/10 % performance matrix is being misused here. Hope they get legal cases due to this unfair practices.
