Little peace in work.
Company is hiring freshers on salary around 14 lakh to around 33 lakh but they dont have money to provide the same to their senior employees. Since Robin Vince join the organization company started discriminating towards senior employees. It looks like they want all the senior employees to resign the organization and just want to hire freshers to cover them.

The company is going through a lot of senior leadership changes. Favoritism starts at the top, senior leadership having acquaintances with colleagues from JP and Morgan Stanley have taken over and existing ppl are being discarded in a dishonest fashion. There is a sense of insecurity across the floor. And senior leaders are not doing enough to pass on a sense of security (I think they are trying to save their own positions and somewhere got lost) I have heard lot of stories, people being told to leave the bank. In certain teams, including my own, managers and senior leadership (VPs, AVPs) seem to overlook or dismiss employee feedback, which can create frustration and disengagement.
