BNY Mellon is one of the prominant player in Finance industry. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow if you are willing to do it. Good work life balance. Compensation is at par with industry average. Overall good company to work with.

As usual politics is there.

Work Details

Depends on the team. I have a lot of work at my hand. My work is related to third party risk management. Get to interact with big shots which gives you a good exposure.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
