The "Internal Transfers" aka mobility within the firm is not extensively a freedom factor to jump across technologies. It still works as a recruitment and filtering criterion like process when only the matching technology candidate is preferred.

Work Details

It was exciting to work for an Accounting System dealing with All the regions of the Earth. Important and regulatory functional - to - technical changes were learned and refactored into the existing in-house dedicated software system.
