Kindly avoid relying on verbal commitments from them, as they often fail to honor them later. For instance, the BM2K boss might promise a salary increase after six months, but they conveniently forget and never implement it. To cover up, they might assure you of arrears, but when you follow up on those, they either deny or ignore the promise altogether.

However, we do make exceptions for six-month reviews in specific cases, such as based on client feedback or performance metrics. Additionally, with regard to any commitments or promises, we maintain a strict protocol to ensure transparency and mutual clarity. All agreements or assurances are documented in writing, usually via official email communication. I hope this explanation addresses your concern!
