On time salary, this is only good things in this organisation

Dislikes

Zero job security. No any standard documents. Expectations are above the sky with zero system and short time. Lack of trust on employee. Employees under CCTV observation full time.

Employer’s Response

The employee writing this review (Mr. Rameshwar Kute) joined us at a senior position as a Plant Head. Within the first 15 days of joining, it was observed that he was excessively involved in stock market trading activities during office hours. After multiple reviews and showing CCTV proof, the management demanded more sincerity towards his responsibilities. He submitted his resignation which was accepted and immediately relieved on the same day with full payment settlement.
