salary is on time. US people are very supportive.

"Toxic work culture, Poor management, and lack of support" The work life balance here is non-existent. On Friday evenings, you are assigned tasks with unrealistic deadlines, expecting them to be completed by Monday. There's constant micromanagement, and employees live in fear of losing there jobs for apparent no reason. Many have been forced to resign or abruptly let go without notice period. Recognition is rare. Despite being a financially stable US-based company, there's little incentive or appreciation- sometimes it takes multiple levels of approval just to give a thousand bucks reward. In past two years, over half the employees have resigned, replaced by new hires, creating a constant turnover. HR provides little or no support, and the management- specially in India fails to create a positive work environment. The WFH policy is restrictive and treated as leave. I had opprotunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, which enhanced my technical skills and problem-solving skills. The team dynamics and work-life balance were well-maintained, making it grate place to thrive.

Dislikes

A change in higher management brought a significant shift in organizational priorities, leading to uncertainty. The company's attempt to decentralize the organizational structure has introduced inefficiencies, miscommunication, and a lack of clear direction. The decision to drastically pivot the technology stack without proper planning or employee upskilling created challenges in adapting to the new framework.
