With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

Mainly there are seniors who is the great nature for helping staff and they can resolve any of your query by instant

Dislikes

There should be a shift timing for staff because when some staff do 11 to 12 hours shift day his her personal life totally ruined 😑

Growth, answerable, getting knowledge in denim and exposure (if you are reporting to Senior Merchandiser then no exposure he takes all the credit manipulate things and forward things wrong, else Good drowth wise).

Dislikes

No professional and personal life balance and senior Merchandiser's behaviour.
