1. Toxic culture, unprofessional and no work ethics 2.People on higher management role, even with unprofessional behaviour are encouraged by not taking any actions against them. 3. Wrong people hired on managerial level, with no relevant experience and resulting in deals calling off. 4. Micro management, plus impractical expectations. 5. Employees are being treated like factory workers. 6. Even after providing clear feedback about all the shortcomings in the company, nothing is done to improve. 7. People with "yes sir"/ "boss is always right" attitude are promoted. 8. If they don't like you, the higher management will have a vindictive approach towards you. 9.
