1) The monthly salary is way too little. Get ready to be underpaid if you want to work here. 2) Office is full of politics. Get ready to deal with lot of office politics. 3) No job security. You could be terminated without any genuine reason of yours. 4) Your line manager will force you to report for office everyday. There is no concept of hybrid work here.

Like how they mess with your head. Like how 3-4 seniors are playing a plotting game for their survival and growth. Very entertaining to see. They pay you very well so that you dont leave them even though frustrated. You wont get a high paying job like it so easily in a stable or a good company RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Difficult to find a day when you would be stress free. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Firings Toxicity Plotting And bad location. bad canteen

1. The learning curve is decent for freshers/ experienced people especially for them who have just started their journey in LLMs/ Data Science 2. Timely Salary 3. Colleagues are helpful

1. Management has been changing every now and then due to which work gets affected. 2. Bad politics into picture. All the SLTs have been laid off due to some unknown unknown reason. 3. No reason howsoever serious it is would suffice for WFH. Strict WFO policy. 4. Clients are moving out of the company rendering less resource requirements that is leading to abrupt lay offs.

I like how they try to be cool but aren't.

Firstly you will like the environment & you will survive if you don't speak up. There no corporate culture here, its like a close friends running the whole business. One thing about the company is ANY THING CAN HAPPEN ANY TIME. Be ready to get laid off, be ready to see your junior becoming your senior. They all listen to you but then you will be targeted. NO BONUS, I mean 5% increament? Are u serious? And the FAVOURITISM, OMG its in the DNA here everybody who is important is a known of other important person. There no criteria of hard work only CONTACTS work here. People who really wants a change are replaced East India co. as we call it. They don't give bonus/ increment to employees but replace them with someone new with a hike. People just leave this organisation in 6 to 1 year max. If you work at Navi Mumbai office you have a good work life balance but that doesn’t last! Soon they will start calling you at Andheri office even tho your contract says Turbhe office. This is very your life start getting terrible at Blenheim Chalcot! And if you don’t accept to go to Andheri you will be fired same day and you have to handover the laptop.

If you are joining Blenheim then you have to join with acceptance that you can be fired any day without even single day notice! Yes ofc they will promise to give you two months salary which you probably will need to file a case to get it there!!

Salary is good. But it's a trap don't fall for it.

They don't have bench policy... So if you're project is over, you will be thrown out. They fire 10 employees every week. Noone can say anything that's on thier mind else their name will be put in the weekly firing list. Policies are written but not followed, they can fire you without notice period even if it is in your contract. Any reason is fine to mark you down if the management or thier chelas don't like you. 1. Management 2. Sudden terminations wave where almost 30% of employees were asked to leave in less than 6 months. 3. Minimal Possibility of growth 4. The sudden management decisions 5. You would think of security but a client makes a decision to hold on to services and you lose your job 6. The location is too weird to travel with public transport so good luck.
