Management has lost their mind since 6 months. - They close wfh policy for some of the employees and asked them to come daily to the office no matter if someone dies while traveling they dont care. While some favourite employees get permanent wfh cause some hr or delivery manager is their friend - They have hire some new oversmart HR. Who calls people daily and ask them where they are working from? Like a teacher ask students about their homework - from 6 months no one is discussing about code quality, deployment, new processes, productivity or anything. Everyone is focus on how many hours i have completed, how many leaves i have, why that person got wfh and we dont? How are we going to travel from andheri to ulhasnagar after 10 pm today. Cause we work in a UK shift Management has just ruined all the productivity. I used to work here for 12 hrs a day but now i have to worry about traveling daily, should i get a seat today or not cause all the space has been already occupied. Some people dont Even have their fix places to seat. They have to carry their monitor each day and wait for 15 20 mins till the oversmart HR finds a place for them. Whoever is on leave on that day that person has to seat their. This is the level at these people are operating. Layoffs are coming and everyone knows it. People are just waiting to drop the paper. The talent acquisition team is good however since one of the member left the type of events they did were worst. The qualityy went from high to zero not even low. Apart from that, only perks if you’re not working for customer service, you can roam around if you’re bored and spend time on terrace. The ambience is good and management is good if you’re good to them.

You have to be someone’s favourite if you need to get your work done. Lol, managers gets confused about the leave policy. Your approved leave can turn to Loss of pay only because of MANAGER’S CONFUSION, and they call them “people’s manager”. No one is yours if you happen to do something wrong as I said you need to be someone’s favourite. 1. The learning curve is decent for freshers/ experienced people especially for them who have just started their journey in LLMs/ Data Science 2. Timely Salary 3. Colleagues are helpful

1. Management has been changing every now and then due to which work gets affected. 2. Bad politics into picture. All the SLTs have been laid off due to some unknown unknown reason. 3. No reason howsoever serious it is would suffice for WFH. Strict WFO policy. 4. Clients are moving out of the company rendering less resource requirements that is leading to abrupt lay offs.

A few people who are new in organization and have come from good one, hence are professional. The tenured one are too rigid and old school.

Dislikes

There is definitely no job security, no matter at what level you are. No flexibility for work from home, even if you die. Leaders do not have clear vision hence always confused. You can only survive if you shut your mouth and close your eyes and say Yes to Mr CEO, (who is too moody that his reportees are always scared to talk to him).

I like how they try to be cool but aren't.

Firstly you will like the environment & you will survive if you don't speak up. There no corporate culture here, its like a close friends running the whole business. One thing about the company is ANY THING CAN HAPPEN ANY TIME. Be ready to get laid off, be ready to see your junior becoming your senior. They all listen to you but then you will be targeted. NO BONUS, I mean 5% increament? Are u serious? And the FAVOURITISM, OMG its in the DNA here everybody who is important is a known of other important person. There no criteria of hard work only CONTACTS work here. People who really wants a change are replaced East India co. as we call it. They don't give bonus/ increment to employees but replace them with someone new with a hike. People just leave this organisation in 6 to 1 year max. Toxic culture, unapproachable management, no logics from managers, unstructured portfolios. Lack of automation within the process. Your opinion and suggestions doesn't matter. No security of job. Unplanned lay offs. You get paid for working in two or multiple roles in one roles salary. No open forum to have complaints or resolutions. No refrral system works out even if you send 50 referrals.

They don't have bench policy... So if you're project is over, you will be thrown out. They fire 10 employees every week. Noone can say anything that's on thier mind else their name will be put in the weekly firing list. Policies are written but not followed, they can fire you without notice period even if it is in your contract. Any reason is fine to mark you down if the management or thier chelas don't like you.
