If I could, I would give them "no stars" but that's not an option. Also, if I could, I would go back in time and never join this trainwreck of a company.
Where do I start? Let's start at the beginning - the interview process. HR lies blatantly during interviews. They lie about hybrid working, they lie about flexible employee-friendly conditions, they lie about the job description and the possibilities of growth, they lie about future opportunities. Basically, they lie outright to getpeople to accept the offer. Once you join the company, you can see the rot within. The work that actually gets assigned to you has nothing to do with your background or educational qualifications. In truth, your manager wouldn't know much about your educational qualifications because 80% of the Senior Leadership Team (if the company was a kingdom, they would be the monarch) have zero knowledge and skills. You realise you are stuck doing some monotonous manual "work" for clients that you have never even heard of. If you speak to your manager about it, you're met with: A. Dismissive comments B. Open derision C. Threats of getting fired There is no hope of a promotion, or a good appraisal, unless you are a professional Grade-A "impressor". There have been countless instances of such people getting rewarded, promoted and basically showered with praise all because they could somehow wiggle their way into the good books of some senior manager. It's an open secret the ways in which some employees try to impress management, and it's nothing less than disgusting. If you think honesty and integrity is valued here, you couldn't be more wrong. You have to beg for sick leaves, and even then you will have to work from your sick bed. They have no heart, so things like family emergencies and natural disasters are no excuses for asking for leaves. Management will force you to travel to office even in the worst weather, and will provide their own examples as "inspirations", even though literally all of them have luxury cars with chauffeurs to drive them to work every day. Never expect help from HR because they do not have your best interests at heart. If you dare to raise your voice against anything (inappropriate behaviour, rigid working conditions, partiality, etc) you will be put on PIP at the earliest. But none of these negative reviews have any impact on them because they have the CEO's blessing. By his own admission, they will continue to do what they have always done, and anyone who has problems can just walk out. People have, and if they didn't, they were forced to. Anyone who plans to join this company, before you do, go through LinkedIn profiles of the senior management and study their level of knowledge and experience. A few people who are new in organization and have come from good one, hence are professional. The tenured one are too rigid and old school.
There is definitely no job security, no matter at what level you are. No flexibility for work from home, even if you die. Leaders do not have clear vision hence always confused. You can only survive if you shut your mouth and close your eyes and say Yes to Mr CEO, (who is too moody that his reportees are always scared to talk to him).

I like how they try to be cool but aren't.
Firstly you will like the environment & you will survive if you don't speak up. There no corporate culture here, its like a close friends running the whole business. One thing about the company is ANY THING CAN HAPPEN ANY TIME. Be ready to get laid off, be ready to see your junior becoming your senior. They all listen to you but then you will be targeted. NO BONUS, I mean 5% increament? Are u serious? And the FAVOURITISM, OMG its in the DNA here everybody who is important is a known of other important person. Toxic culture, unapproachable management, no logics from managers, unstructured portfolios. Lack of automation within the process. Your opinion and suggestions doesn't matter. No security of job. They don't have bench policy... So if you're project is over, you will be thrown out. They fire 10 employees every week. Noone can say anything that's on thier mind else their name will be put in the weekly firing list. Policies are written but not followed, they can fire you without notice period even if it is in your contract. Any reason is fine to mark you down if the management or thier chelas don't like you. There's nothing impressive about this company. The fact some reviews highlight timely salary payments as a positive is overrated. A punctual paycheck is just a basic expectation and doesn't compensate for the company's overall shortcoming

Yet, when a junior question their flawed ideas or points out their inadequacies, these leads erupt in a dramatic display of wounded pride and ego. - Complaints made through skip-level meetings achieve little, as the company is content to tolerate problematic managers/leads as long as their goals are met.
