- Work culture is good (except for sales & Tech Support Employees). - Office space is good.

Dislikes

-Very Low Salary. - I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH. - Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.

And second thing here is no option to get promotion because this company is hiring from outside but they are not giving any opportunity to own guys.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
