My teammates are very supportive and good cultured people's Company is expecting more what company is paying for us unexpectedness huge target not achieveable tragets no promotion no appraisal after confirmation of probation again they put PIP for us every month PIP 1 year 2year in same company they are still in same designation and same salary I suggest not to give nonsense targets

First of all no job security if you not reach their given targets for week and month they put in to PIP the whole they will screwe like anythindy because it's non achieveable target
