The working culture is good and also respecting everyone equal is one of the good quality I notice when I joined as a new employee

Never hear what ground people say also an issue with reporting manager means we unable to reach company. HR is there, but all HRs are other language people, also they can't understand the issues. Continuous success rate showing every month from an employee like me also, even no way to change the department.
