Very small company also have some benefits like recognition, less turnaround time

Dislikes

Culture in IT department IT head is dumb guy, knows less talk more. CTO works like project manager, micro management. For Project managers and PMO staff, environment is toxic

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
