They just throw work without much caring about the ultimate outcome and benefits to client. But in this Process candidate learns many things. But Company has very narrow mind set, nepotism and politics. Management always tries to cut the salary of employee to enrich themselves.

Horrible work culture, management doesn't have any manners how to talk with employees. Company is full of politics and nepotism. They deduct salary for misc. reasons and enrich themselves. Just nothing but nightmare.

Nothing good about it. Join only if you do not have any other option. Leave as soon as possible.

No HR policy. HR & Manger make their own rule. Leaves are never approved, even if someone is dieing in the family you need to fight for leaves and go for leave without pay. No appraisal/increment. Reduced leaves during Covid Pandemic as people were falling sick!! No humanity. 12 to 14 hours work is normal here.

Forget work life balance, they don't allow lunch breaks!! They will schedule meeting during lunch break or give urgent work on daily basis!!
