Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Teammates were good but they left one by one, appraisal ke liye aapko rula denge phr bhi 1 year m to kisi ka nhi krte..they will wait that you will resign otherwise after 1.5 or 1.6 years they appraised you by maximum 10%. They only wants fresher of salary 6-7k per month. There are only 2-3 permanent employee..they wants only these people..rest of them are just like garbage for ceo.

Dislikes

No training, no career growth, no job security, no appraisal, lot of politics by senior employee, they fired one employee by just saying that he wrote "looking for job" before getting job in bizbrolly & forget to remove this on his LinkedIn profile, disgusting sick people
