Worst company of my career. HR driven company. The owner changes the product requirements every other day and then blames developers for not doing their job properly. It's been more than 4 months and I still didn't receive my FNF. HR is not responding to any emails or calls.

Non technical managers who Micro manages a software team is biggest joke happening here. Worst work life balance. They expect you to work for 12+ hours, come on Sunday as well. Technology is 10 years behind. CTO is also a joker who I believe is stucked in 2005, don't know where the technology is moving towards. Only good thing hereis the Salary is on time and pay is good. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
