First of all, we wouldn't get any preference as an employee formally as well as informally. We can't provide this experience as work experience in any other top-rated companies because we don't have pf any other benifits/proofs for our working history . Work culture is toxic from management and leadership level. Especially the meeting with higher management is simply humiliating one. There Women empowerment is only in name.
